Summarize
Large scale , Ultra low power loss Integrated circuit, digital sampling processor and SMT produce workmanship is used in Model DTSD/DSSD three phase electronic kilowatt hour meter; Designed as per industrial user actual requirement, with advanced level in the international.
Can precise measure following data:
Positive active time sharing (tariff) electricity energy consume;
Positive reactive time sharing (tariff) electricity energy consume;
Reverse active time sharing (tariff) electricity energy consume;
Reverse reactive time sharing (tariff) electricity energy consume;
Can set 4 tariff, 12 daily period of time, 12 year time zone, and can separately set Wenkend, 12 public holidays and spring. With RS485 communication port, infrared communication port, and active pulse output function. The specification confirm to : GB/T15284-2002; DL/T614-1997 ; DL/T645-1997 .
Working Principle
Three phase electronic kilowatt hour meter is composed of measure element and data processing element, it can time sharing, measure demand, display, memory, and output data besides measure active and reactive electricity energy consume. Working principle diagram as following:

When kilowatt hour meter is working, sampling signal of voltage and current, is changed by AD, then to measure chip (power measure signal processing circuit), the output pulse of measure then to MCU to Processing. High accuracy measure chip is adopt, with very good voltage and current resolution.
In the diagram, MCU Processing is used for measure and dispose the input and output data by time sharing, and finish the energy measure as per the set period of time, displaying all kinds of data , the data can be communicated by infrared or RS485, the recorder of running parameter and all kinds of data is storaged.
Function description
1.1 time switch
1.1.1 daily time error better than 0.5s/d (23 + 3 ), when power off , the daily time error is 1.0s/d.
1.1.2 radiate calibrate time function, when program key is on, can calibrate time optionally; when program key is off, only can calibrate the meter that time error less than +5min, and only one time in a period of copy meter. The energy meter can recorder the times and time in latest 10 times calibration.
1.1.3 12sets daily period of time can be set in one year, and can partition 12 time zone.
1.1.4 each set of daily period of time, can work out four kinds of tariff, i.e. Tip, Peak, Flat, Vale, maximum 12 daily period of time can be set, minimum period of time interval is 1 minute.
1.1.5 From Monday to Sunday, any day can be set as rest day.
1.1.6 with the function of set 12 public holiday.
1.1.7 with the function of set Chinese new year in spring of three days.
1.1.8 can set settlement day (settlement day 1-31, time 00-23 can be set), the data will be roll stored, 12 months history data can be stored.
1.1.9 if power off when in settlement day, the meter still can be worked automaticly, the data will not lose.
1.2 Multi tariff (time sharing) energy measure
1.2.1 Energy measure error ≤ (0.02%E+2X10-(a+1))
(E is counter reading in each period of time, a is decimal digits of total counter)
1.2.2 Energy power in positive or in reverse is judged automaticly, all type of fault pulse is not accumulative.
1.2.3 output pulse width and frequency number of total energy measure can be set. (choice)
1.2.4 Measure positive/ reverse, active/ reactive, total, tip, peak, flat,vale; and can store 12 months history data.
1.2.5 On-line energy frozen function, palmtop computer or PC send frozen command to meter, the meter will freeze current data and save freeze times, and latest 10 times frozen time, each tariff energy consume Of positive/ reverse, active/ reactive, total, tip, peak, flat,vale
1.2.6 Measure average power of current positive/reverse active/reactive in 1 minute
1.3 Measure maximum demand
1.3.1 Maximum demand measure error ≤ (0.5+0.05Ib/I)% (Ib basic current, I measure current).
1.3.2 Two type of measure method, i.e. slide difference type and interzone type, slide difference time/demand period can be set in 1~60minute, when demand period more than slide difference time, is measured as slide difference type, when equal, is measured as interzone type.
1.3.3 Current month and history 12 months data is recordered and saved.
1.3.4 automatic reset the current months maximum demand in settlement day, also can be reseted by PC software, the meter will recorder reset times and latest 10 times reset time.
1.4 Displaying
1.4.1 wide range of temperature LCD display.
1.4.2 when power off LCD still automatic display data in cycle
1.4.3 the displaying item and time slot can be set, the time slot time can be set in 1~99s.
1.4.4 LCD with background light, can be copy meter in the night.
1.5 Program and communication
1.5.1 with infrared program function by palmtop computert , RS485 long distance communication program copy meter function.
a) Palmtop computer interface can be selected by infrared or RS485, all data can be printed on locale or transmit to computer
b) with RS485 communication port, can connect with long distance centralize system, the communication baud rate is 1200bps.
c) can be programed by palmtop computer, the communication baud rate is 1200bpx, communication distance more than 5m.
1.5.2 latest 10 time program date ,time and times is recorded automatic. Data communication is mulriple checked, assure safety, correct, reliably.
1.5.3 Program operation with switch (hardware) and password (software) double protect.
1.5.4 Opening data communication platform, easy to change in many communication stipulations of an agreement.
1.6 other functions
1.6.1 Phase cut function: When A phase, B phse, C Phase, AB Phase, AC phase, BC phase is cut, LCD will display current cut phase status, the meter will record phase cut times and latest 10 times phase cut begin and end time, and accumulative energy in this period. (note: three phase three wire meter without this function).
1.6.2 meter with opening cover warning function, when cover is opened, LCD will display the status of opening, and record latest 10 times opening time and history opening cover times.
1.6.3 meter with sound warning function, the warning item can be set by palmtop computer or PC.
1.6.4 with good electromagnetism compatibility, with software and hardware watchdog function.
1.6.5 when power off with super low power loss. All power off data is saved permanent.
1.6.6 battery lose voltage or lack voltage will warning automaticly. The battery lose voltage time and 10 times of beginning and end time will be recorded.
1.6.7 Power source lose warning, and record 10 times of begin and end time and times.
1.6.8 with remote control program operation function.
