The main circuit is new type EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) Resistance SCM Mico-computer, digital AD sampling Chip is measure unit, with advance technical, reasonable design, high measure and control accuracy, running reliable, and with stronger disturb self-recover ability. With harmonic energy measure function, and six kinds of load curve record function.

The meter accord with national and electric power industry standard: GB/T17215-200, GB/T15284-2002, DL/T614, and DL/T645.

2. Working principle

See following drawing, the tested three-phase voltage and current pass to separated sampling circuit, transform to relevant signal input to three-phase double-way power/energy measure integrate circuit, the output is frequency pulse signal direct ratio to tested three-phase power, after frequency calculate realize three-phase energy measure by CPU.

4.1.1 Permit setting 12 sets daily time of period,can divide 12 time zone in one year.

4.1.2 Each set time of period can has Sharp, Peak, Shoulder, Off-peak four kinds of tariff rate, time interval in minimum can be 1 minute.

4.1.3 with weekend day set function

The inner built-in program lock switch, when press down the switch, will permit program of hand-computer or communication port, i.e. set running parameter. 5 minute later cancel program function automatic, forbidden hand-computer or communication port program.

Third kind: A phase voltage, B phase voltage, C phase voltage

Fourth kind: A phase current, B phase current, C phase current;

Fifth kind: Total power factor, A phase power factor, B phase power factor, C phase power factor

11.3 Display mode

There’s two kinds of ways display data

11.3.1 Auto display in roll:

Roll display time: the display time for each data, the time alternation can be set in 1~99s

Display content: the display content can be set as per requirement

11.3.2 Reading data by hand:

Press the keyboard on the meter, can read meter data and set parameter. It doesn’t relate with setting display content. (Whatever the item is in the roll display range, all item can be read by reading keyboard. When meter is in the roll display state, after reading data by keyboard, 15s later come into roll display automaticly, and start from first item)

In meter has two keyboard for reading data, the left is for pages change, this keyboard can read details data; the right is for items change, press this keyboard can see next item data.

12. Structure description

12.1 Install and connections

12.1.1 Indoor Install, in airiness and air-dry place, insure the safety and credibility; if in dirtiness or maybe damage meter place, the protect cabinet is needed for the meter

12.1.2 in the top of the meter has pothook bolt hole, fixed by M4X10 bolt, in the bottom of meter has 2 install hole, fixed by PA4X10 or PA4X12 self-attack bolt. As per the size in above drawing, drill hole first, the base fixed in the object of firmly, fireproof and shakeproof

12.1.3 the meter should correct connecting as per connect drawing. The leadin suggest use copper wire or copper tie-in, the bolt in terminal should screw down, avoid heat and burn for badness contact or thin leadin

1. Summarize

GSM/GPRS auto copy meter groupware is adopt GPRS module opened wireless transparency data transfer product. The product is based on mobile GPRS net, with high capability, high credibility and anti-jamming features. Transfer speed is high, has long distance testing and supervise function.
