1. Description
The current transformer of the typeLZZBJ9-10(Q)A(A1,A2) is casting resin and fully enclosed product.It is used for metering electric energy and current,relay protection in the electrical system of rated frequency 50Hz or 60Hz and rated voltage 10kV.The current transformer has the character of small volume,light weight,superior insulation,high accuracy, high dynamic multiple and so on.We also can produce every kinds of products according to the consumers’ requirements.It,s flexible.The transformers can be executed according to the standards IEC44-1:1996 and GB1208-1997.
2. Construction
The current transformer of the type LZZBJ9-10 is fully enclosed.Its core is made of material of high quality.Both the primary and secondary windings are insulated by epoxy resin.It has a good ability of insulation and moisture proof.The surface is easy to clean.The primary outlet P1,P2 are at the top of the casting body.The secondary outlet is at the bottom of the casting body.The first is measuring winding(0.2S class,0.2 class),signs 1S1,1S2.The second is control winding(0.5 class),signs 2S1,2S2.The third is protection winding(10P),signs 3S1,3S2.Meanwhile,there are taps in secondary winding.If the consumers require,we can easily change the accuracy classes combination.The transformer is reducing utmost nature.The mounting planet is on the bottom and there are four-fix hole of Φ12.

3.2 Rated insulation level: 12/42/75kV;
3.3 Ppower factor of load: COSφ=0.8 (lagging);
3.4 Rrated secondary current: 5A or 1A;
3.5 Surface creepage distance: 260mm;
3.6 The conditions of the partial discharge test according to GB1208-1997《current transformer》will be fulfilled without exception;
